As an aspiring teacher (certified CAE, TKT; 7 years of experience), I run a cutting-edge CAE training programme for adults, as well as General English courses for 3-18 age groups. I also speak at regular methodological workshops for teachers at Welcome.

I am a qualified (CELTA and DELTA) English teacher with 12 years of hands-on experience working with groups of students of all ages. Apart from that, I have been leading a team of teachers for seven years as an academic director at Language Studio Welcome, organising various teacher-development events and noticing teachers’ growth.

The forthcoming year is going to be fifth in my teaching career. During all this time, I have worked with a wide range of age groups within different contexts. This experience has helped to understand my learners' needs more and motivated me to study as well attending numerous conferences and webinars, obtaining different Cambridge qualifications (CAE, TKT, CELT-PT) help me and my learners reach their goals.

Checking and grading students’ tests is one of teachers’ basic routines which can occupy a significant amount of time and which cannot be skipped. But is it possible to delegate this part of work to anyone else? Perhaps modern technology can serve this aim. During my talk I will present the results of my investigation into this topic, and we will decide what the future of tests is.
